Recommendation
The
men and women from Phase 1 are just wonderful! All of the
drivers I have met are very personable, kind and considerate
and many have been with Phase 1 as long as we have been
in business! Their limousines are clean, comfortable and
well maintained. They have accommodations for up to 15 passengers.
Their rates are very fair, and you will be very satisfied.
We personally use them at least once a year and we just
